PACIFIC OCEAN (April 29, 2013) The guided-missile cruiser USS Princeton (CG 59), the Military Sealift Command fleet replenishment oiler USNS Guadalupe (T-AO 200), and the aircraft carrier USS Nimitz (CVN 68) participate in a replenishment at sea while the guided-missile destroyers USS Momsen (DDG 92) and USS Preble (DDG 88) are underway in formation. WATERS SOUTH OF JAPAN (May 28, 2017) An F/A-18 Super Hornet flies by the flight deck of the Navy’s forward-deployed aircraft carrier, USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76). The F/A-18 Super Hornet is an all-weather fighter/attack aircraft that provides a carrier-strike group with a multitude of uses such as fighter escort, fleet air defense, close and deep-air support, electronic attack and precision-guided weapons strike capabilities.
